AGV Aftermarket SupervisorWork location:Huzhou Changxing County

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, majoring in mechanical, vehicle engineering, mechatronics related majors;

2. more than 3 years of experience in forklift maintenance, AGV maintenance, industrial liquid vehicles, non-standard automation equipment after-sales service management;

3. keen business sense, strong resilience, oral expression and communication skills;

4. strong ability to promote and maintain coordination of customers, familiar with after-sales service process;

5. have the ability to quickly close or put forward the improvement plan for the product problems exposed in after-sales issues and organize relevant departments to solve them;

6. Strong execution ability, hardworking and able to adapt to the intensity of work. And can effectively develop, support and motivate the team.

7. Driver's license and experience in forklift maintenance is preferred

Requirement:

1. be responsible for the after-sales support and after-sales maintenance service of the company's products;

2. provide necessary support for the business team's after-sales parts sales work;

3. receive customer complaints, deal with user feedback of various after-sales problems, and unified collection, collation, generalization and analysis;

4. for after-sales problems exposed in the product problems, put forward improvement programs and docking to the relevant departments;

5. Preparation of after-sales department related systems, service manuals, etc;

6. daily management of after-sales team.

Job requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above, majoring in electrical automation or electronics related majors;

2.More than 3 years experience in electrical R&D of AGV products, more than 2 years experience in management, familiar with programming languages such as C++ or C#; experience in robot hardware and software testing is preferred;

3.Good communication and writing skills, fast learning ability, excellent teamwork spirit and high dedication and responsibility.

4.Strong communication and coordination.


Requirement:

1.Functional debugging/performance testing of AGV products; testing of AGV R&D/development; project simulation scene building and testing;

2.Completion of integration testing and system testing of products, testing of software function, performance, stability and other aspects of the product;

3.Conduct test records and corresponding document preparation, submit test reports;

4.Accurately locate and track problems, and promote the timely and reasonable resolution of problems;

5.Project technical support (remote or on-site);

6.Team management;

Job requirements:

1.3 years of logistics equipment sales experience, WMS/AGV/logistics automation equipment sales experience is preferred, master industrial/manufacturing/logistics express field and other industry resources is preferred;

2.Sharp market insight, strong learning ability, rich experience in sales of large customers and program type products, with good personal sales performance;

3.Positive and optimistic, strong stress resistance, willing to teamwork, good at communicating with people, able to quickly adapt to new environments, able to adapt to more frequent business trips.


Requirement:

1.Collect information through various channels to understand customers' needs for unmanned forklifts, execute and complete the annual sales plan;

2.Develop and implement the sales plan of the responsible region or industry, and reach the predetermined target;

3.Grasp the market dynamics, actively explore the market, and timely feedback on competitors' dynamics;

4.Signing and following up of sales contracts and receivables;

5.Coordinate internal resources to enhance customer satisfaction.
