1. be responsible for the after-sales support and after-sales maintenance service of the company's products;
2. provide necessary support for the business team's after-sales parts sales work;
3. receive customer complaints, deal with user feedback of various after-sales problems, and unified collection, collation, generalization and analysis;
4. for after-sales problems exposed in the product problems, put forward improvement programs and docking to the relevant departments;
5. Preparation of after-sales department related systems, service manuals, etc;
6. daily management of after-sales team.
1. College degree or above, majoring in mechanical, vehicle engineering, mechatronics related majors;
2. more than 3 years of experience in forklift maintenance, AGV maintenance, industrial liquid vehicles, non-standard automation equipment after-sales service management;
3. keen business sense, strong resilience, oral expression and communication skills;
4. strong ability to promote and maintain coordination of customers, familiar with after-sales service process;
5. have the ability to quickly close or put forward the improvement plan for the product problems exposed in after-sales issues and organize relevant departments to solve them;
6. Strong execution ability, hardworking and able to adapt to the intensity of work. And can effectively develop, support and motivate the team.
7. Driver's license and experience in forklift maintenance is preferred
